We only replace Canvas products if they are defective or damaged and if we are the cause for that defect or damage. If you need to exchange the Canvas products for the same item, Contact us with details/reason and photos.
To return your product, you should mail your product to us and the address will be shared once we deem there's is a reason for the return.
Purchaser is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item, product or Service. Shipping costs and fees are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
